MARKET CORRECTION AROUND THE CORNER

I am liquidating most of my long positions to be in cash for the next two months. Here are the main reasons, I think correction is coming:
1) MSFT stock has been taking a beating. It has come down from its highs of 31.48 to 29.48.
As goes microsoft, so does Nasdaq and as goes Nasdaq, so does the market
2) The number of stocks above their 200 day moving average now stands at 76%. I would be a buyer if this number gets back to 50.
