I think market will be in sideways to down action till March 16, 2007. I will start loading up on my favorite stocks for the remainder of the year after that if:
1) The percentage of stocks above their 200 day MA is <=30.
2) The number of stocks up 100% in a month <=3

#2...It turns out, I was right to buy ICE because
NYX Technical 95 – 18% = 78 = 200 day
Nyx 109 (high) – 25% = 81 Today’s close 81.9
ICE 167 (high) – 25% = 125 Today’s close 126.3
ICE down 25% might or is the magic percentqage.....

I’m not bearish on XLE.
XOM too STRONG!!!
BUT SU has bad eps numbers.
IT”S in shale oil in CANADA, which is much more expensive to extract than SAUDI’s.
So pundits/ Analysts are really after SU….
The way I would Play SU is When FSLR TSL OR STP SPWR are going down…..
short SU at the same time. Double your action…
Whenever GS or MS or BSC etc. going down, PLAY LM too!!!!…
LM has bad flat to bad eps numbers..
And ICE and NYX, NYX can still test 78, …40/60…
so I guess that means ICE can still test 3% lower, 123.00 my mooning and pitching number…
XLE should fall TUESDAY ahead of WED oil supply reports….
XLE market up morning (XLE thinks oil supply report will be bullish)then XLE market realizes it's getting ahead of itself, and sinks the rest of the day...UNLESS DIA up 100 then follow the trend...
XLE gapped down on TUESDAY, will be down down down all day...short SOLAR, too!
XLE 70/30 up on MON.
